Limor Spalt is the Operations Lead for Finance and Technology, in the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (Virginia Medicaid), where she works with the executive team and practice physicians to provide strategic guidance on improving practice financials. Prior to joining Coastal Limor, she worked with Schumacher Group's consulting services division.
Kathy manages the international trade partnership between the agency and the John H. Chafee Center for International Business at Bryant University. She creates and executes international trade programs for Rhode Island businesses, including: trade missions, grants for customized export training, market development programs, seminars on timely trade topics and New England regional trade promotion events.
Roey Tzezana, PhD, is a public intellectual and a futures studies researcher with worldwide acclaim. He’s a research fellow in the Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center, and is the academic manager of the program for Futures Studies at Lahav Executive Education in Recanati Business School at Tel Aviv University.
