He is skilled in strategic planning, business origination, management and expansion; and international sales and marketing. Mr. Nevel currently serves as President and CEO of Nevel International.
KHOULOUD AYUTI
Director
Khouloud Ayuti is a social activist who grew up in Jaffa. Growing up in the underprivileged and marginalized Arab community, she has dedicated her life to working with diverse communities and youth. Her work with youth led her to receive the title of Global Teen Leader by the prestige We Are Family Foundation International Youth program at only 18 years old. In the goal of perusing her passion for social change,
JEFFREY BRIER
Director and Vice President
Jeffrey Brier is the president of the insurance and employee benefits agency, Brier & Brier, located in Providence, Rhode Island. He founded the firm in 1985 with his father, Milton Brier. His commitment to being a professional insurance advisor is exemplified by his having earned the CLU, ChFC and CASL professional designations.
DAVID S. HIRSCH
Director, Organization Legal Counsel
David is partner at Hinckley Allen, focusing on general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities law. He represents companies in all stages of business, including emerging and developing companies, established private middle-market companies and publicly held companies.
LIMOR NEVEL
Director, Secretary
Limor Nevel is a Director for Population Health at Boston Medical Center. She recently returned to New England from Virginia where she worked for the Virginia State Medicaid agency. Prior to her work in Virginia, Limor worked with various consulting and provider organizations leading healthcare strategy initiatives.

Baruch brings vast experience in complex negotiations, legal drafting and structuring of international financing, corporate and technology transactions. In advising parties to investments, financing and M&A in many jurisdictions, he gained in-depth understanding of business considerations and needs of his clients and the industry.
MIRIAM A. ROSS
Director and Vice President
Miriam A. Ross, Esq., is a business attorney, business advocate and community leader with extensive experience in industry, business law and compliance. Miriam is the recipient of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 2012 Women in Business, Champion of the Year for New England and Rhode Island.
JACQUELINE SASLAWSKI
Director
Jacqueline Saslawski, JD, MPIA, is the Director of the International Business (IB) Program and a Lecturer of Management at Bryant University. This role encompasses both teaching and administrative responsibilities, shaping the academic strategy of the IB Program. She is also the faculty advisor for the undergraduate student organization International Business Association (IBA). She is actively involved with the IB Alumni Advisory Council as well as outreach activities with K-12 students. Jacqueline has over nineteen years of experience in international higher education.
KATHY THERIEAU
Director
Kathy manages the international trade partnership between the agency and the John H. Chafee Center for International Business at Bryant University. She creates and executes international trade programs for Rhode Island businesses, including: trade missions, grants for customized export training, market development programs, seminars on timely trade topics and New England regional trade promotion events.
DR. ROEY TZEZANA
Director
Roey Tzezana, PhD, is a public intellectual and a futures studies researcher with worldwide acclaim. He’s a research fellow in the Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center, and is the academic manager of the program for Futures Studies at Lahav Executive Education in Recanati Business School at Tel Aviv University.
