As the Managing Director of Cherrystone Angel Group, a private equity firm specializing in early-stage ventures. Ella plays a critical role in managing the portfolio and making investment decisions.

In addition to her responsibilities at Cherrystone, she is an active member of several boards, such as MassChallenge and the Rhode Island-Israel Collaborative (RIIC). Ella is also a highly sought-after mentor and judge for accelerators like Brown University's Nelson Center for Entrepreneurship. With her extensive experience working in various global markets, including Tel Aviv, London, Chicago and Boston, Ella offers a unique perspective and international expertise. She has a proven track record of successfully negotiating multimillion-dollar investments and providing valuable advice on portfolio company expansion.
