Dr. Toby Stapleton is the director of the Blue Venture Forum, Inc. a Rhode Island based non-profit that supports marine and oceanographic technology firms through mentorship, matchmaking, and programming, including the annual Blue Innovation Symposium. Toby is also an Assistant Professor at UMass Dartmouth.
