Susan joined the U.S. Commercial Service in 2015, following a 16-year marketing and business development career in Publishing (Random House, Time Inc.) and Financial Services (American Express). She was assigned to the U.S. Embassy Israel in 2017 and oversees a Tel Aviv-based team of specialists focused on trade promotion, investment promotion, commercial diplomacy, and advocacy. Prior to Tel Aviv, Susan served as the Commercial Service procurement liaison to the United Nations in New York City. Susan received her Master of International Affairs at Columbia University and her Bachelor of Arts at Dartmouth College. She is married and has two daughters.
